From OP: Takeover 151 - Vermont USA 1967. Students of St. Michael's College, Vermont, hence the name. This group was reportedly not satisfied with this record as copies have been found that read "Not Promotional" and "Do Not Play In Public" on the label. They probably trashed most of 'em. Pity, because it's great.
