From OP: New York 0997 - New York(?) USA 1967. Unknown blokes. They did two more 45's with a Stones and Beatles numbers and a flip written by Peanut Butter Conspiracy dudes Alan Brackett and John Merrill. Which leads me to believe this was a studio project only. Flip of this is credited to one Moreno fella.
