Sex Mex formed in May of 2021 after a year of not doing jack shit. Originally starting off as a raucous garage rock group, Sex Mex would set up at a show with only a shitty drum kit and a fender turned up to 11. After playing around a bit, Sex Mex finally scored a synth wizard. Their recordings have a bubble gum encrusted edge, but their live shows continue to be as high energy as ever.
