Inspired by the Sonics, the Wailers would update the tune to a 1965 sound and score with a pretty sizable hit in the Northwest and Canada. "Dirty Robber" was written by Kent Morrill when he was in high school, and was, of course, influenced by Little Richard. It has since secured a well deserved spot as an all-time great rocker."
