Hello everything! Just a little “Special Cover” before the amazing Vol. 6 coming soon! But covers doesn’t mean this is crap! Not at all!! We are starting with the rawest version of “Tobacco Road” by the Raunch (see Vol. 2). Then, nice 1964 organ shaker by pioneer Sonny Flaharty (then he did “Hey Conductor’, on Pebbles). Following this, the coolest version of “Hey Joe” I ever heard, 5 min of pure happiness for me! Very peaceful one! We also have this 1000th version of “Who Do You Love?” but really nice anyway. There is also the “Gloria” classic by Eric & The Norsemen (see their wonderful “Get It On”!) and the other famous “I Can Only Give You Everything” played by the famous too The Haunted (listen simultaneously the 3 version of “1-2-5”, it’s strange but fun!). First on the B side, we can listen to the nicest psychedelic version of “Tobacco Road” (again). This tune is so nice but so different that It could have been not Tobacco Road! Then, a version of “Summertime Blues” that is not so far behind the one by The Outsiders (of Back From The Grave Vol. 2). Then, just because I love the sound of their guitars, “I Can’t Explain” by The Sound Barrier (listen immediately their “Hey Hey” if you don’t already know it!). Also a totally rewritten version of “Heartbreak Hotel” by Canadian guys (the label is clear enough). Now I can talk about the very special tracks of this comp: there is some strange version of “Louie Louie” (we can easily hear that they play it badly voluntarily), of “Love Is A Beautiful Thing” (seems to have been recorded in a cellar ten minutes after the formation of the band!),of Buddy Holly’s “I’m Gonna Love You Too” by The Mystic Five (B side of “Are You For Real, Girl”!!!) and of The Torkays’ “Stolen Moments”, with different title and lyrics, two years later and on the same label! We will finish this with a fun version of “Summertime” (using the bass riff of Blues Maggoes’ “We Ain’t Got Nothing Yet”), and a beautiful cover of The Beau Brummels’ “Sad Little Girl”.

I guess that’s all. Have fun, stay alive, and let’s meet again WITH THE UPLOAD OF VOL 6!"
