Lyrics: Everything has an end Let me be yours Like the willness that bends Like the river that burns Like the sky that is falling Imma close all your lights
While I'm on my Prime time
Not enough of four corners To hide from my strikes I got the infernal rythm You better not lose the tempo As soon as I'm in the square I'll be rushing on you Hope you're ready to dance 'Cause I'm coming Fast as a plane Hard as a train
Hostile reception (Philly shell x4) There's nothing else you deserve
War ready I'm thunder and lightning hey Fast hands and footwork All my intentions are bad One man army I'll be nobody's victim (You) got yourself in a bad posture Better get outta there quick

"Prime Time is an ode to violence for me. Its all about defending yourself, imposing respect on your name and never letting anyone march on your beliefs. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. This principle is still very relevant in the city that I'm from, and it has affected me to my very core. I got that inner rage burning inside of me everyday of my life and I'm glad about it. Sometimes it brings me to bad places, but at the end the day, it's all about who you are, whats your roots and where you're going. I'm proud to be a crazy motherfucker from Chandler, Gaspesia, and I'll always be.
I first heard the prime time expression in a boxing match. In the fighting universe, it means that you're in your best shape; you've never been stronger, never been sharper. With the band, I really think we're in our prime time now. We never worked that hard for a project and it's starting to pay off. 2019 is our year and we're about to turn Europe upside down. Let's fucking go!" -Jonathan Bisson Just Ice lead singer
"The song lyrics are full of boxing reference. I'm a big boxing enthousiast and I just let myself go on that one. You can heard expressions like "close all your lights", that is refering to knocking someone out, "four corners" or the term "square", that's relating to a combat ring and the expression "Philly shell", that is the name of an old-school defensive concept used by a lot of professionnals like Floyd Mayweather Jr. and James Toney.
Prime Time is a song made for dances, punche throws up in the air and most of all for having fun. It's all that matters for me: you take all the negative stocked inside, and you externalize it in a positive way. Often, it is viewed of used in forms of art like writing, dancing, singing, etc. That is the definition of hardcore for me."
