Spanish freakbeat kings The Dealers are back with a brand new 45rpm bomb recorded at infamous Circo Perrotti studios. “Blue Light Man” is a frantic garage-powerpop shot with slightly psychedelic guitars while “Pareidolic Way” is pure freakbeat epitome, another dancefloor winner.
THE DEALERS - Garage/Beat/R&B/Psicodelia from Vitoria Gasteiz, Spain
Translated from OP: After three months setting in the cellars of Durana and Judizmendi, here we present the video creation for the theme "Pareidolic Way", side B of our most recent 7 "" Blue Light Man ". Using the concept / tailor's drawer "Pareidolia" as a starting point, we have played with various image textures and supports to create a collage of rhythm, sometimes frantic, sometimes rested, that proposes a chameleon pareidolic trip. Applying the idea of pareidolia to the human being who, often, changes his coat and his way of being, as a suit or chameleon, to be socially accepted - or by himself -, to get a job or other purposes. Thus, we show it as a multi-layered entity, chive, alternating synesthesia, opposite poles, repetitions, paradoxes, speeds, formats and different video textures, manipulated in edition to delve into a concept that covers the whole of a kaleidoscopic and psychedelic shell. To do this, we use the help of several artists who, through their works in different formats, bring new senses and points of view. We add to the mix, images rescued from the forgetfulness of a super8 tomato maker and current material. We thank Juan Arrosagaray, Óscar Bataglia, Aitor de Kintana, Martha Helga and Sara Moraleda for contributing their audiovisual works to this work. Pick up your ticket for this timeless and multidimensional trip, in which, in turn, we want to show the band in all its fierceness and live energy. Open yourself to a multiverse of sensations. we use the help of several artists who, through their works in different formats, bring new senses and points of view.
