Torment - My Dream (live)

  1. Wreckin Festival (live in Belgium)

Torment was a highly original band of the Psychobilly movement. They counted among those bands – like Frenzy – that weren’t just happy to sings songs about werewolves, zombies, ghouls or to stick with a brand of Psychobilly that was just uptempo Rockabilly. Sadly, in the early 90’s, the sudden death of Simon Brand their lead singer – guitarist and main composer pulled the final curtain on a rich discography.

Torment was formed by Simon Brand and Kevin Haynes in 1985. They asked Sean Holder- who was also part of kevin's former band the Joint Jumpers- to join them for bass playing duties. The only thing left to find was a band name, which was finally found on the flip side of the classic 12" EP release of Robot Riot , a recording from Simon Brand´s days with Frenzy: TORMENT.
