From OP: Providence 420 - East Rock/Long Island New York USA 1967. Classic psychedelia punker (but not psuckedelia as someone said) that needed some fidelity upgrade on Youtube. Faine Jade (aka Charles Laskowski) started as a duo with pal Nick Manzi back in 66 or so. They did a real decent single as the Rustics on Ye Old Kingdom (Can't Get You Out Of My Heart/Look At Me). Nick Manzi was also in Bohemian Vendetta and they provided backing on several of songs. This is however counted as a solo project. Faine did a couple of 45s and an LP. There are a few comps with lots of unissued stuff too.
