From OP (johnny whale): "this is an unknown dutch surfpunk band from the 1996-1998 era. they never have put out a record, this track comes from a cassettetape. there are 5 or 6 more vids from this band on my channel, just navigate trough the "rock-n-roll-trash' playlist. the drummer of this band is now in the famous dutch band the Kik, he now plays guitar. he also plays in Les Robots, (surfy Joe Meek stuff, check em on bandcamp), as well as in a pile of other bands."
