about: London Bullet, trotse vaandeldrager van het punkgenre in Deinze, brengt op 11 oktober 2018 "Secrets Of The Sewer" uit, hun tweede album. Anders dan bij hun zelf opgenomen debuut "Five More Minutes" (2016), doken ze ditmaal de studio in. Ze trokken naar Nederland om er in Studio 195 (Wernhout) met producer Patrick Delabie (SONS, Dead Stop, Toxic Shock, Charlie and the Lesbians, e.a.), aan de eerste release in nieuwe bezetting te werken; sinds mei 2017 telt de band opnieuw vijf leden, zoals dat ook in hun prille beginjaren (2010-2013) het geval was. De positieswitch bracht een nieuw elan met zich mee, naast het karakterisende punkgeluid slopen ook invloeden uit de garagerock en post-punk de sound binnen, het eerste geloste nummer Crash Again! flirt zelfs openlijk met reggae.
"Secrets Of The Sewer" zal verkrijgbaar zijn op 12" vinyl, CD en cassette.
English: On 11 October 2018 the Belgian (garage)punk band London Bullet will release their second album, "Secrets Of The Sewer". The follow-up to their self-recorded debut album "Five More Minutes" (2016) saw them taking on a new approach: they travelled to Studio 195 in the Netherlands to work with producer Patrick Delabie (Dead Stop, Toxic Shock, Charlie and the Lesbians, SONS, Cheap Drugs, et al.) This resulted in an album that, next to their distinctive punk sound, features nods to garagerock and post-punk, and at one point even flirts with reggae. "Secrets Of The Sewer" will be available on 12" vinyl, CD and tape.
