The Cuffs ("Handcuffs") was created in January 2005 in Morąg as a new rock'n'roll project of befriended musicians from Warmia and Mazury, Kujawy and Mazovia. The founding members had diverse musical experiences gained in the leading bands of Polish punk, hoc and psycho-rockabilly scenes such as Skarpeta, Robotix, Schizma, In Spite Of and 666 Angels.
