Sweet Nuthin’ – Πολυμελής Οικογένεια (Large Family)
Lyrics by Elias Politis (Ηλίας Πολίτης) Main composition by Professor Lupin. Arranged by Sweet Nuthin’. Recorded, mixed and mastered by George G at Ignite Studio, Athens, Autumn 2018. Personnel: Professor Lupin (vocals, guitars, bass), Perseas (organ, drums) & Bill Hunchback (sitar).
Elias Politis (Ηλίας Πολίτης, 1953-2016) was an underground comic artist active in Athens, Greece, since the early 1970s. In September 2016 he dictated to Professor Lupin a few lyrics and he ordered him to set them to music and record the song. He also explicitly demanded that the arrangement shall include a sitar. Professor went immediately to Perseas’ home studio and they recorded together a rough demo version of the song, with a midi simulation of sitar. Elias heard the song, he liked it and approved it, but complained about the absence of a real sitar. A few days later he passed to the other side.
This is the final version of the song, with a real sitar and with an extra verse (the last one), found in his notes after his death. The song is dedicated to Elias’ memory.

The lyrics:
Your mama is a doctor and your daddy a confectioner. Two snob little sisters, but who gives a fuck about them.
We’ll go for a stroll, Sunday, like a real freak show. Talking and the rest will make me sick.
I’m leaving for India, I’ll return with a rikso, to crash it on your daddy’s qurabiyas.
High on the hill I’ll spent two hours, and all that we lived together I shall forget.
