Biography In late 2013. Mislav Kurspa made it his mission to form a new group. He set a meeting with Vex Wombat, drummer of the primitive Zagreb garage punk duo Thee Mad & Hairy Wombats, Vex Voxtone, a long time fan of garage and beat music from the 60's, a blues rock solo guitarist Ive Babic, and Thee Melomen were born. After playing only covers in their formative months, they started writing original material and playing live a lot. First album was made in 2016., in DIY fashion. The band participated with one song on 2017. various artists album Balkans-Pedro Four-Way, and their newest 12 song album is just around the corner.
