From OP: 2nd edit for headphones of the mono version. This song is an interesting mono take of "Have you seen your mother, baby, standing in the shadow?", from the millenium edition of the bootleg album "Black Box" (cd 1 of 4) by Yellow Dog Records (YD 046 - YD 047 - YD 048 - YD 2000). I edited it, to get a "stereo" effect. Another interesting "edit" (slight echo) is on "Necrophilia" by the Vinyl Gang (VGP 317).
Recorded August thru September, 1966. Released as US & UK single in September, 1966. Released on UK album "Big hits (green grass and high tide)", November 4, 1966. In the US on "Flowers", July 15, 1967.
Guitars: Brian Jones & Keith Richards. Lead Vocal: Mick Jagger. Bass: Bill Wyman. Drums: Charlie Watts. Piano: Ian Stewart.
